The following Terms of Service (these "Terms of Service"), govern your access to and use of the Zityka website and mobile application platform, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.zityka.com or the Zityka mobile application (the "Site") by Zityka which is the trade name of Zityka Limited.
Rider’s or "Drivers" means and refer to the real users of this Site.Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, opening an account or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you,your activities or payment made on this site means you accept and abide by the Terms of Service and Zityka Payment Terms, found here (“Payment Terms”), Your acknowledgement means, you have read and understood our Terms of Service. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.
This Site is offered and available to users who are at least 18 years of age and of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are under 18, you can use this site only permitted through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission.Contrary to this you are not permitted to use Zityka services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. As a Riders “ user” by creating account on our platform, you: (i) agree to provide us genuine with accurate information needed to join this platform , (ii) acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that your password remains confidential and secure; (iii) agree that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user Account (iv) undertake to promptly notify us in writing if you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your account and if any breach of these Zityka Terms of Service “You” will be liable to any of legal action thereafter.

2. Driver modality on road
Driver must respect the Terms Service of Zityka, the codes applicable to the road and to the vehicle, in particular a valid third party insurance at the time of the taking the responsibility during embarking on a particular journey with user in the car, must be possession of valid driving licence.
b . That your insurance covers the ride sharing and that your user are considered third in your vehicle and thus covered by your insurance.
c . Do not take risk when holding steering, avoid drinking hot or wine before or after your engagement with User, 100% of attention is needed during this service, for the safety of journey.
d. Respect schedules time and agreed places by other users.
e. Do not carry more than expected User in line with number seat available in your car as indicated in the Announcement by Zityka.
f. Your vehicle must be in perfect working condition and in compliance with the uses and applicable legal requirements.

In case of inspection by road safety of police, Zityka is expecting Driver to provide all the documents valid without delay such as your driving licence, your car registration documents, your insurance certificate, your certificate of inspection as well as any document giving evidence of your capacity to use the vehicle

j. Do not publish an announcement of any journey on another vehicle does not belong to you, is completely unauthorised.
k. Driver telephone must be available at any time, and must be reachable by users, and this must be the number registered with Zityka. All this Terms of Service must be accept by Driver willing to operation on Zityka platform.
3. Modalities of Users on Car Sharing mode
User
Zityka connect user and a car own driver with empty seat going to the same direction, reserve a seat and make payment for the trip via ATM card on the platform, before car proceeding on said journey both the Driver and the User are expected to give a feed back, failure to do so from the driver,its an assumption of journey completed by the Driver will be recorded and such driver account will be flag. .In case of cancellation of the journey, on the part of user,
( a ) if the journey was cancelled 20 minutes after the reservation, 95% refund of the charges will return back to User account,
( b ) if the cancellation is notify before 2hrs of the time schedule, half refund of charges will be return in to user account.
( c ) if the the cancellation is from Zityka or Driver, after payment has been confirmed, no charges will be taken from client account ,therefore 100% refund will be paid back to user account.
( d ) Any reservation paid without used after the schedule time has expire is consider as a journey completed, therefore Zityka will not be in position of refunding such money
( e ) Meeting point and destination, the functionality of Zityka is different from others transport system, User on this platform understand and accept the mode of operation of Zityka, where meeting point will be arrange and agree between the driver and user,
4. Closure and disabling of accounts.
Zityka reserves the right to disable or delete permanently riders or drivers account if documents submitted for registration found to be fraudulent or inappropriate such account will not be reactivated.
5. Trip Cost
(a) The cost of any available trip on car sharing is announce by the driver propose a journey, thus the acceptance by riders on said propose journey is legally bind by both parties and its advisable to the parties involved to respect the Zityka Terms of Service.
(b) The cost of trip on Taxi is totally control by Zityka, the acceptance of usage by the riders is assumed to be agree to Terms of Service of Zityka.
6. Payment
Users of this platform has agree to the Terms of Service of this platform , using the payment options available on this platform is strictly securable.On car sharing payment is made on this platform via ATM card, before embarking on a particular journey, this is to guarantee the propose journey
7. Cancellation and Refund on Car Sharing
(a) If no fault on the part of Zityka, in case of cancellation of particular journey within the framework of the journey caused by the users of whatever reason or nature, service charges will be held Zityka as it was stated in the Terms and condition the cancellation on part user and Driver condition as follows:

Any reservation paid for without used/utilized after the scheduled time is considered as a journey completed, therefore Zityka will not be in position to refund such money
Moderation
User are advice to understand the functionality of Zityka, by accepting the Terms and condition guiding the use of this platform, Zityka will not be any fault in any other things engaging between the Driver and the user apart from the one stated in the objective and purpose of this platform, the security of the user is our priority and this should not be abuse.Zityka expected user to give a feed back on any journey,to improve our activities if needed.
This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which Zityka limited will collect, hold and protect information about you when you use our website and /or mobile application.

What if I don’t travel as planned?
If for whatever reason you didn’t travel as planned, just reachout to everyone that booked the ride to and inform them. then inform us via contact page
You have 24 hours from the time the ride was planned to leave, otherwise we assume everything went okay and pay the driver. That’s why it’s best to report that the ride didn’t happen as soon as possible.
How do I get my money?
We send your money 48 hours after the ride if you travelled as planned. If you want your money sooner, you can ask for it 24 hours after the ride.

Why should I verify my ID?
To help build a reliable and trustworthy community, members are asked to complete a number of profile verifications.
To add an extra layer of security to profiles, we introduced ID verification. By verifying your ID, you’ll increase your chances of getting people to carpool with. All other members will see you’ve verified your ID, and they’ll be more likely to choose to carpool with you!
How do I report bad behaviour?
If something unfortunate happened during a ride, you can also leave a rating, as a way of sharing your experience with the rest of the community.

VIP rides can be only ordered by using your Zityka app in real time. Just tap the button and your ride is a few minutes away!
Lost an Item?
If you have left an item in a ride that happened in the last 24 hours, you can contact the driver to inquire and arrange a delivery or pickup.
